CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - The province of Camiguin on Thursday clarified that it is up to business owners on whether to enforce the "no booster, no entry" as part of the existing Covid-19 vaccination policy. In a statement on Facebook, the provincial government made it clear that Gov.
