据台湾《经济日报》7月26日消息，台积电今天召开股东常会，多位股东关心台积电全球布局策略。刘德音表示，台积电全球布局都是有客户作为后盾，台积电在美国有很多客户，比重接近70%。
至于德国设厂，刘德音说，台积电在德国有很多大客户，并有密切沟通，只是仍处于非常早期讨论阶段，将持续沟通在德国设厂是否对客户有利。
刘德音表示，他对达成长期毛利率50%目标有信心，除了技术与制造技术持续领先，并与客户保持紧密关係，客户也会支持台积电海外扩张，分担增加的成本，公司会朝毛利率50%以上的目标努力。【责任编辑/林羽】
