时刻新闻去年以来，全省纪检监察机关聚焦群众“急难愁盼”，持续整治群众身边腐败和不正之风，严肃查处了一批漠视侵害群众利益问题。7月12日，省纪委监委通报了7起群众身边腐败和不正之风典型案例。被通报案例中，有的靠山吃山、靠水吃水。临湘市公安局交警大队车管所违规接受中介机构的请托，在未对异地车牌摩托车实际检测的情况下，违规办理近1万辆车龄6年以上的异地车牌摩托车年检手续并出具检测报告。车管所原所长葛亚军、原副所长赵玉蓉多次违规接受中介机构宴请，收受礼品礼金共计1万余元；车管所民警收受中介机构“好处费”共计12.41万元，其中赵玉蓉收受6.34万元。葛亚军被免去车管所所长职务，受到党内严重警告、政务记大过处分；赵玉蓉受到留党察看一年、政务撤职处分，有关人员受到相应处理。

　　从曝光的案例看，涉农扶持资金是违纪违法党员干部眼中的“肥肉”。益阳市资阳区农业农村局原党组成员谢萍违规在项目验收、资金拨付等环节为亲属骗取国家涉农扶持资金共计805万元提供帮助；保靖县葫芦镇原党委委员、人大主席石云祥违规与他人合伙从事培育树苗的营利活动，并通过虚报苗木数量、虚造报账资料等方式，骗取国家扶贫资金24.88万元。　　典型案例反映出，土地资源领域是违纪违法的重点领域。汝城县卫生健康局原四级调研员刘吕山，县委组织部部务委员、县直机关工委专职副书记刘平利用职权或者职务上的影响，为濠头乡樟溪村通村公路争资立项提供帮助，事后兄弟两人各收受“感谢费”3万元；永州市零陵区审计局党组书记、局长黄宾，区城管执法局总工程师唐小华以非国家工作人员亲属的名义共同在零陵区沙沟湾
