Nelson took to Instagram earlier today to post a lengthy message in which she announced to her fans that she was leaving the girl group. She explained why she decided to quit. “The truth is recently being in the band has really taken a toll on my mental health,” she wrote. “I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard.”
