A Surf-and-Turf Spot from Delaware Is Replacing Capitol Hill Favorite Acqua al 2 Plus, Pupatella debuts brunch service this weekend in Dupont Circle Share this story The restaurant space that spent a decade as Acqua al 2 will flip into a surf-and-turf restaurant out of Delaware by late June. The Capitol Hill favorite for Italian food closed last fall, and family-owned Harvest Tide Steakhouse is moving in. A manager tells Eater the company also plans to take over Acqua al 2’s beloved upstairs speakeasy, Harold Black, albeit under a different name. Harvest Tide debuted in downtown Lewes in 2019, and an additional location is en route to Bethany Beach. The D.C. menu will look similar to the original, filled out by dry-aged USDA prime steaks, seafood, bourbons, and wine, with 150 seats and a 20-seat patio.
