As lockdown continues and moods take a dip, Lisburn’s Island Arts Centre has created the perfect pick-me up to add a moment of mindfulness to your day.
It has developed a series of digital postcards call ‘Little Posties’ which are a lovely way to send messages of hope, positivity and kindness, to friends and family as well as neighbours in our community who are feeling isolated.
