Exiled Russian opponent Leonid Volkov, close to Navalny, was attacked in Lithuania. Volkov is one of the main opposition figures in Russia and one of Alexeï Navalny's lieutenants, who died in detention on February 16. The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry condemned a "shocking" attack and assured, in a message on X, that its perpetrators will have to "answer for their crimes" No suspect has been identified and more details on this attack should be communicated Wednesday morning.

Today, it has become known that Lithuania is expelling two Belarusian diplomats. The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry says the diplomats were expelled for their actions, incompatible with the diplomatic status and as a sign of solidarity with Latvia.
