The Literacy Council of Frederick County is searching for volunteer tutors and class instructors for 2024, to help a growing list of adults looking for help in English literacy.
The amount totals over $353,000.
Frederick, Md. (KM) The Community Foundation of Frederick County has awarded at total of $353,479.95 to 48 non-profits in the area. The agency says these grants support projects and initiatives which improve and enhance the lives of Frederick County residents.
