Located at the southeast corner of Highway 1077 and Highway 1085 and across the street from Archbishop Hannan High School, the shopping center is anchored by Rouses, which opened in 2018.
The newest tenant, Florida-based ice cream and dessert chain Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, will have a grand opening May 14, a news release said. Baton Rouge-based Lit Pizza also will be opening in May.
Construction began last year on this phase of Copperstill Marketplace. Covington-based Gulf States Real Estates Services and its various divisions of development, real estate and construction handled the planning, building and leasing of it.
