Officers shot and injured a 39-year-old Oakland man Sunday morning in Tracy after he allegedly tried to run them over with a stolen SUV, according to authorities.
According to the Tracy Police Department, the officer-involved shooting happened during a burglary investigation in the 6000 block of Hopkins Road Sunday morning.
An 18-year-old and a 17-year-old were arrested Wednesday in connection with the death of a man whose body was found near a construction site in Tracy, according to police.
