Where president Volodymyr Zelensky says a russian guided bomb has hit a Blood Transfusion Centre in the north east, causing casualties. He says rescuers are at the scene in the town of kupiansk where there are dead and wounded. The reported strike came shortly after kyiv said missiles had hit a facility which manufactures engines for aircraft and helicopters in the countrys west. Weve seen it before with a Maternity Hospital in the besieged city of Mariupol Last year. Weve seen it in a Mental Health hospital in dnipro just a few months ago.
