According to State Police, 57-year-old Lisa A. Dashnaw was found dead in the trunk of a vehicle on the corner of State Route 3 and Military Turnpike in Plattsburgh.
PLATTSBURGH — Police have confirmed that the woman who was found dead in the trunk of a vehicle at a local car rental business Tuesday was the victim of a
