Outside a bar in camden. A judge sentenced him to 70 years in prison today. A jury convicted him back in may. He shot and killed Timothy Loper in december of 2013. Loper, a marine, served in afghanistan. He was trying to break up a fight outside a bar on 2nd and spruce when he was killed. His father was in the courtroom today. He says the sentencing does bring some closure. Justice was served for the murder act but the pain is not going away. We still feel the pain. Of losing my son. Little money, very little resources, and to be honest, it is quite demoralising. I am a patient in the nhs. I had great care before my operation, but afterwards it has gone downhill. The staff are demoralised and tired and it affects us as demoralised and tired and it affects us as patients. My mum was diagnosed with cancer not long ago. I think the nhs is absolutely fantastic.
