shaping up for tomorrow s game. here is jessica burch why we declared tomorrow a first alert weather day. it s so active. first alert doppler lighting up the bay area as we wake up and head into the area. for our friends in the north bay, some of the worst has happened. we still to country, vallejo, vacaville getting hit with heavy storms. i will say this, wrapping all the way down to the santa russ mountains and santa clara valley, heavy downpour. this major frontal system won t let up. this is the 9:00 hour. it s in the east bay but plenty of energy is backing it up. that will track in from offshore as we head into the 11:00 hour. hit or miss storms at that point trending to evening hours tonight. heavier pockets of rain can be expected throughout the north bay as we head into the 5:00 hour. overnight it will taper off ahead of the next major frontal system pushing in tomorrow morning at 6:00 a.m. that will be storm number 8 from what we had so far this season. so much do
