Record Heat, Potential Storms
Record heat is possible today, which could lead to more strong storms Tuesday evening.

NORTHUMBERLAND Co., Va. The National Weather Service is investigating reports of a funnel cloud touching down Monday afternoon in Northumberland County. The funnel cloud sighted and damage to homes was seen on Lewisetta Road and Chambers Lane. Northern Neck Electric Cooperative reported over 700 members lost power from fallen lines and it took several hours to restore service.
