Owners for the Harbour Point Gardens apartment complex in Troy once again appearing before City Code Enforcement Court. The landlords face 12 tickets alleging the complex is uninhabitable, which prompted Mayor Madden to issue an emergency evacuation back on June 22. Now, city council also says the complex's attorneys are fighting against subpoenas ordering them to speak under oath at the next investigative hearing. NEWS10’s Mikhaela Singleton shares the update.
