Orlando police say the babys mom admitted to throwing the child away right after she gave birth yesterday, but she wont say where she put the baby. They say afterbirth and placenta was found in a parking lot yesterday afternoon and thats where search crews were looking for signs of the baby, now known as baby willow. Sheriff Jerry Demings said her husband is also a sergeant with the department. In fact, he told us his wife heard the call her husband heard the call go out that his wife was struck. Sergeant marcy pierce was trying to serve a burglary warrant this morning, something shes done several times for the Sheriffs Office for the last 22 years, but the next thing she knew the suspect she was trying her. Titusville police want to track down the hitandrun driver after this happened last night along alpine lane, north of state road 50.
