tony perkins is joining us with more on that. is it my imagination? no. every day is a little more fast. a cold start to the day. temperatures in the 20s. we ve had some areas in the teens but we ve seen those temperatures come up. and our headlines, another cold start this morning. we re used to it as we continue to see the cold temperatures. here is the good news. the winds lighten up today. we won t have the gusty winds we ve had during the last couple of days. temperatures, however, will stay below average today and into tomorrow. even though we see a slight increase in temperatures tomorrow. and then we keep our eyes on a weekend storm which should bring precipitation to us. it should be rain in washington, snow to the north and west. take a look at the current temperatures. 26 now in the district. 20 in baltimore. dulles airport is at 22 degrees. winchester is 25. there are some teens. fredericksberg is at 18, harrisonburg is at 16. your forecast for today, mostly sun
