Großes Fest zur Eröffnung von Linzer Donaubrücke

Mit einem großen Festakt ist am Samstag die neue Donaubrücke in Linz eröffnet worden. Bürgermeister Klaus Luger (SPÖ) sieht in ihr eine architektonische Schönheit und ein Symbol der gemeinsamen Offensive von Stadt und Land für den Ausbau des öffentlichen Verkehrs. Für Landeshauptmann Thomas Stelzer (ÖVP) bedeutet die Querung mehr Lebensqualität für die Region durch weniger Stau. Am 30. September wird die Brücke für den Verkehr frei gegeben.
