The restaurant from Giada De Laurentiis brings back polenta waffles, hazelnut chocolate chip pancakes, a salmon Benedict, cavatelli, a seafood platter, a Caprese frittata, lobster hash, and more. Linq Sandwich Co. has opened on the Strip at the Linq Hotel, serving sandwich favorites like Philly and chicken cheesesteaks, meatball subs and potato-crusted fried chicken. The new concept takes the food truck-styled spot over from Sticky Chicken.
BurgerFi has opened its first Las Vegas Valley location in Henderson on St. Rose Parkway. It’s open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. serving the franchise’s premium Wagyu beef and vegetarian burgers, chicken, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, shakes, frozen custards and more.
