40yearold thomas hogan from worcester and charged him with misleading the investigation. He is now being arraigned in Worcester County district court. Right . A 28foot lobster boat called the dawnbreaker going up in flames. The Ipswich Fire Department was the first to respond. They found that the lobsterman had been rescued by a couple of fishermen in two different boats. The guy was wellprepared. He had his marine radio. Put out an s. O. S. That he was abandoning ship. Engine overheated. As he was coming around from plum island, he decided to fight the fire with the fire extinguisher. And then finally, the Fire Department arrived. T
