No. 9 Arkansas will be among a 10-team field competing in the LSU Invitational on Saturday, April 27, held at Bernie Moore Stadium with Razorback indoor national champions Romaine Beckford and Wayne Pinnock scheduled to make their outdoor debut.
FAYETTEVILLE University of Arkansas junior Rachel Glenn, who won her second NCAA Indoor high jump title earlier this year by clearing 6 feet, 6 3/4 inches to set a collegiate record and opened the outdoor season by running a career-best 54.91 seconds to take second in the 400-meter hurdles at Gainesville, Fla., last weekend, will continue to show her versatility by competing in the 100 hurdles today at the John McDonnell Invitational.
Razorback junior Wayne Pinnock started his 2024 campaign with a world-leading victory of 27 feet, 4.5 inches (8.34), improving his previous indoor best by half an inch during the first day of the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.
