After a full day of repairing the downtown library on Tuesday, Mindy Barrett told WGNS, "Linebaugh will be reopening Wednesday (1/24/2024) morning at 9:00AM."

The facility was closed due to the icy weather, so there was no staff to see the damage being done when the pipes froze.
