There are aging water pipes in San Francisco the city trying to replace 5 to 15 miles per year. San francisco averages 120 water main breaks every these pipes are very old. Two people walked off the street into the store. Somehow, a scuffle followed and during the course of that scuffle, they say that one of the men shot the other in the torso. The victim taken to sf general and this was not a life threatening injury. He is expected to survive. Good news is authorities took one person into custody out here on the scene tonight.
