supposed to be there. my sources say that the administration is talking to nato officials about what they call a spectrum of pressure points. this does include a no-fly zone, but it may not be a no-fly zone over the entire country. it could be a no-fly zone over just a part just part of the country. they re also talking about 24-hour surveillance, humanitarian assistance and enforcing an arms embargo. what my sources are saying is that there will not be just one option, there will be a range of options discussed, and again, the thing that seemed clear is this could be a key moment here. we could see a no-phone line zone that s not over the entire country. but again, the administration is not ready to announce anything right now.
