Ashley Marie Snell, age 30, of Pitkin, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force following a traffic stop in the area of Highway 10 and Blue Bush Cemetery. Agents charged Snell with one count of Proper Equipment Required on Vehicles, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and one count of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (Methamphetamine). Bond was set at $5696.00. Snell posted bond and was released.

Samantha Kristine Pierce, age 24, of Leesville, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force following a traffic stop in the area of East Cavanaugh Street. Agents charged Pierce with one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, one count of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (Methamphetamine), and one count of Possession of a CDS in the presence of a minor (Child endangerment law). Bond was set at $ 7156.00. Pierce posted bond and was released.
