A North Windham woman was killed in a crash after she hit a state trooper in a state-owned vehicle nearly head-on, according to the Connecticut State Police.
A 33-year-old woman was killed in a head-on crash with a state trooper in Chaplin Wednesday evening. Lindsey Bidwell, of North Windham, was driving her Nissan.
