A St. Cloud woman is facing a second-degree murder charge after allegedly stabbing a man to death in an alleyway.
Lindsay R. Shelltrack-Miller, 40, is accused of killing a 36-year-old man in the alley of the 1500 block of 9th Avenue South in St. Cloud on Tuesday. She told dispatch she stabbed a man, who dispatch heard in the background of the phone call saying he was defending himself.
Shelltrack-Miller told police she threw water on the victim, then claimed the man retaliated by throwing a can of pop at her head, charges say. She then claimed to have maced the victim and stab him because he continued to come towards her.
