NORWALK The Family and Children’s Agency was not geared toward food distribution when COVID hit last year. Rather, the Norwalk-based organization focused more on programs to increase the social and emotional well-being of children and families.
But the FCA quickly shifted gears when coronavirus hit the area last March and many of their clients were left hungry.
