A weekly round-up of selected public notices AN application seeking detailed permission for a controversial housing development near Bedale has been submitted to Hambleton District Council. The authority has received a “reserved matters” application, considering access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale, for the major development at Wilbert Farm, on Sandhill Lane, Aiskew, following the outline application for a development of 116 homes being approved last year. Details on the council’s website show that since Barratt Homes secured permission for the development, the site has been acquired by Taylor Wimpey, which intends to bring the plans forward alongside the neighbouring site, land North East of Ashgrove, at 89 Bedale Road, where a further 85 homes are planne
