EastEnders have announced that six of its most iconic characters will be returning to the soap for a special episode which sees the residents of Walford attend Dot Cotton s funeral.
The actresses, who play Sharon Watts and Kathy Beale respectively, were both dressed in sombre attire as they filmed Dot s final farewell, following the death of actress June Brown in April.
