Sherman Residential purchased the Lincoln Kessler Park apartments on Fort Worth Avenue near Hampton Road.
Built in 2017, the 299-unit project was built by developer Lincoln Property Co. The property near Stevens Park Golf Course includes a fitness center, a putting green, on-site retail, a clubhouse with a business center, a resort-style pool and a fenced-in pet park.
The apartment project was built as part of a redevelopment of the Colorado Place community, which Lincoln purchased in 2016.
