It is a real challenge to make sense out of this continuing pandemic, but I am grateful that we have music to turn to for reassurance in the future.
Last year marked the 250th anniversary of the birth of Ludwig van Beethoven. And it is to Beethoven’s music that we turn for our next Digital Concert at The Barn. But what could this giant of Western European classical music have known that would help us deal with the stark realities of today? Surprisingly, a lot!
