The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) in Limpopo will be convening its 6th Provincial Congress on the 10th – 11th of February 2022 at the Bolivia Lodge and Conference Centre in Polokwane. This provincial parliament of the workers will be attended by more than 500 delegates from sixteen (16) unions of COSATU in both the public and private sectors. The 6th Provincial Congress will be convened under the theme ”Deepen the Back To Basics Campaign, Consolidate the Struggle for the NDR and Advance the Struggle for Socialism”. The Congress will be an opportunity for the federation to reflect on the work done for the past three years on the Organizational, Socio-Economic, Political, International front and also elect the Provincial Office Bearers for the next term of office.
