Officers home. Investigators charge his neighbor with arson. Nbc 10s never nefertiti jaquez. The neighbor was arrested for setting that fire. Police say 52yearold donna krupp intentionally started the fire. Detective ernie morris of the Limerick Township Police department had to rush back here after learning that his house went up in flames. A twoalarm fire destroyed the home. But luckily the detective had recently installed a surveillance camera at the home and Authorities Say that was the key clue to solving this case. Detectives say the video shows krupp walking up to the home and setting the Christmas Decorations that adorned the home on fire with a grilltype lighter.
