Theyre now saying the bombs were placed near both of those headquarters, dnc and rnc, between 7 30 and 8 30 p. M. On january 5th, the night before the capitol attack. Authorities have been hunting for whoever placed these pipe bombs now for more than three weeks. Today is the third time theyve increased their award for tips leading to any arrest.
