LIMA Ohio House Speaker Bob Cupp and Senate President Matt Huffman signed House Bill 110, giving the Ohio budget their signatures of approval. The two chamber leaders came together at the Veterans Memorial and Civic Center in Lima to mark the occasion. The signing marks the final formality in the legislative process before the budget is sent to Governor Mike DeWine’s desk.
