Reminisce: Band stand’s prominence in downtown Lima

The Lima City Band can be seen in the northwest corner of Lima’s Public Square in 1887. Members included, from left, John Meyer, clarinet; John Durnbaugh, clarinet; George Durnbaugh, clarinet; H. L.
