2AM s Im Seulong charged to pay a fine after his involvement in a car accident that led to the death of a pedestrian.
On Jan. 18, some sources in the legal profession divulged that singer and actor Im Seulong was ordered to pay 7 million KRW (approximately 6,300 USD) as a summary order by the Seoul Western District Court on Jan. 13.
A summary order is a decision made by the court after investigating thoroughly the documents without holding a formal trial. Im Seulong has the right to request a formal trial within a week of receiving the summary order if he wishes to challenge the fine order.
