Now from abc7, live breaking news. The breaking news is in vallejo tonight. Abc7 news learned paramedics and officers are on the scene of an apparent Police Officer involved shooting. A witness tells us two men, at least one armed, burst into a starbucks on lincoln road where two Police Officers were having coffee. The witness says officers chased the suspects about a block away and then heard multiple shots fired. On a coffee break when they were confronted by a man with an salt weapon hours after his 2yearold son accidentally shot himself at a home. The Surveillance Video is chilling. The police say this is 41year old adam powell calmly walked into the front door on of the starbucks off of i80. He is wearing body armor and has an Assault Rifle with a 70 round magazine.
