Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for coming to this event put on by the middle east forum. We are think tank headquartered out of washington d. C. And philadelphia, pennsylvania. We have offices in jerusalem, jordan and throughout the middle east. The organization was started by daniel pipes in 1994 and looks forward to discussing the issues concerning the Iranian Opposition, movement for democracy in iran and a people led change of government in that country. Before we begin, a few words about the organization, and i will introduce cliff smith. One of our partners is here.
