Chief Information Security officer, meredith harper. Welcome, and over to you. Thanks very much, john. Its nice to see you, even virtually. So, today, you have everyones bio. So, i dont think i need to reintroduce our panel. But what theyre going to offer us, i think, is a way to look at the year, and back at the year in a context of cyber and health care, and give us a little bit different way to look at the latest efforts to get the vaccine out to the public. We actually have some news on this today, by the way. Well get to that a little later. Basically, the New York Times reported that Cyber Attacks related to cold storage of the vaccine have been going on since august. Its unclear whether this is about ransomware or something more sinister. But well get to that in a minute. What i thought wed do is divide the discussion basically into three parts. Were going to look at the broader issue of cyberthreats and attacks of the Health Care Sector as we sort of wrestle through a pandemic.

The ones that go up all the time and barely ever go down on rare occasion when theres a marketwide pullback like we had this morning s p edging up, nasdaq gaining 3. 7 from a very ugly opening. You have to buy these up stocks. Buy, buy, buy, buy, buy hanover fist. In a market like this one that has a hard time staying down to begin with, even with a weak jobs number or a president that seems determined to overturn the election, hes not going anywhere, the up stocks just wont quit back at my hedge fund where i compounded 14 for 14 years id sit down with my staff and say, okay, give me your best stocks, the up stocks, the ones that never seem to go down. I want the unstoppable ones. I dont even want to know what they do, i just want them the staff would be incredulous there would always be a young whipper snapper saying, whats an up stock . Thats not our usual methodology. I adopted a no more mr. Nice guy attitude, like id ever been nice so i just demanded they give me their up stocks or

A powerful and influential country but its also very very far away and its trying to influence a conflict with deep historical roots that stretch back decades if not centuries you just mentioned the conflict dates back to the ele ninetys its actually a war thats older than the soldiers fighting it whats the mood like in armenia what are people saying about this. Well most of the armenians ive spoken to seem very very determined i mean its easy to say that of course when this type of conflict starts people often rally around the flag theres a lot of patriotism that you can see and you can see that in the streets here i mean theres lots of people Walking Around in military uniforms you see armenian flags everywhere lots of advertisements on t. V. On the radio encouraging people to support the troops but the people ive talked to take it a little bit further than that i mean i talked to several parents of soldiers who are basically they were they were volunteers they werent actually formal
