family car, and daddy captured it all on tape. here s jonathan betts of our dallas station wfaa. reporter: life s journey is full of surprises. few bigger than little willow s arrival. not in a hospital oh! reporter: but on the highway. every intimate detail captured on camera. i didn t expect it at all. and it was different. reporter: the couple was racing down a lonely stretch of highway 287 to a birthing center. [ baby crying ] when little willow arrived almost effortlessly, just 15 minutes into a 45-minute drive. by the time my water broke, i pushed once and she was out. i felt pretty good. and i didn t think it was going to happen that fast. she says that she s reporter: her husband, to his credit, was determined to capture the special moment. the first thing i do is i whip this out and i get it. reporter: he kept one hand on the wheel and the other holding that camera. i just kept making sure the frame was good and that i was staying on the road. rep
