(Harrisburg, PA) Republican and Democratic Pennsylvania state senators are actively discussing legalizing cannabis for adult use in the state. The lawmakers held their first roundtable discussion on the issue yesterday since they joined together to introduce the legislation in February. The proposed legislation would allow legal consumption of recreational marijuana for those who are aged 21-year
