17 years earlier, jiles wallace had to confront the same reality it was like, okay i got life without possibility of parole. never going to get out. what s the point? what s the point of trying to do good for? it s over with? wallace was sentenced to life without parole for murder. he wasn t the trigger man but at age 17 was involved in a robbery in which a victim was shot to death. he says with nothing to lose, his early years in prison are marked by gang activity and violence. one inmate even died after getting into a fight with him. the death was ruled to be unintentional and in self-defense. so wallace was not charged. but during his tenth year in prison, he got into another fight and was ready to take things further. from this altercation i basically went back made an inmate a weapon and on my way out to the yard to go use it and thank god i did get caught, because i was going to go and possibly seriously harm somebody, or get seriously harmed myself.

parole or to go on with the execution. she would be the first person executed in what they call the modern era which is 1976 on who did not actually commit the m d murder themselves. in other words, didn t stab or pull the trigger, and that was done by her boyfriend, and he got life without possibility of parole, and they are saying, this is disproportionate, because the guy who actually killed the husband gets opportunity for patrol, and she gets the death sentence, and this is the third time she has prepared to die. in february, the execution was delayed due to bad weather, and in march, it was delayed due to concerns about the drug to be used to carry out the lethal injection, and so it is is the third time. and so we will wait to see what the parole board will do, and the governor has no say in this. and the children are all involve and caught in the middle
