Solely because of the preschool is operated by a Church Rather than a secular, not profit. The state has made several important concessions in this case. Number one that the policy in this case is not neutral and that number two based on the religious character churches are not eligible for the benefit here. This admitted discoloration against religion violates this court free exercise principles. First, as stated in mcdaniel and smith, free exercise clause prevents the government from imposing special disabilities on the basis of religion and used a religious status. Because this started at such an early time in the morning, people were probably woken up by this probably by alarms or trucks coming through with the sirens and didnt have time to evacuate and leave. It looks like firefighters are trying to start a ground attack on those flames. Right now, they have crews with ladder trucks. They are spraying water from above. And what were seeing is they are trying to fight it from above. We think of tragedies that have happened recently, attacks, and life of many citizens, we pray you would protect a life i pray that those of us who know you would live godly lives. I pray we would do that for your glory. We pray now that you would bless this discussion tonight that we might learn something that would make us more effective citizens. Before i introduce this evenings panelist, i want to take a few minutes and set the context and purpose for tonights discussion its my opinion that believers or evangelicals should engage in political activity on the basis of their faith commitments.
