The Fargo Human Rights Commission listened to residents from The Arbors at McCormick Park on Thursday who asked them to do something about unsafe conditions at the affordable housing complex.
"It got dirty, chaotic. And it got to a point where we saw dead bodies. There were shootings every day, and there were stabbings every day," Katrina Robinson said.
