A civic organisation, Life After Abuse Foundation (LAAF), has said it has launched a dedicated men's support helpline in recognition of the International Men's Day. The foundation said on Sunday in a release that the initiative aimed to “provide free, specialised medical, legal, and psychosocial support to men facing various challenges due to abuse, trauma, or related issues.” The group added that the Men's Support Helpline, operational from 9am to 5pm, seven days a week, will offer a safe and confidential space for men in need of assistance.
