response why they believe they do, indeed, have the congress stus constitutional authority and on the contrary of this, most american news polls think we should stay in libya until moammar gadhafi is removed from power. when we asked the question, should we remain? 51% said, yes. 36% said, no. i guess my question is, is there an appetite in congress to push this? especially at the time when the american people first of all support it and want congress to be working on jobs? well, keep this in mind. we re spending trillions of dollars on wars we didn t have to get into. this libya war will cost over a billion dollars. ask the american people, should we keep spending money on the wars or create jobs? have retirement security ji i think the american people would say create jobs and retirement security. depends how you put the question. my purpose here is to make sure
