ALBAWABA - Over 11,300 were killed in Derna after floods crashed the Libyan city, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs
The reconstruction conference for Derna was put off until 1–2 November to 'offer time for the submission of effective studies and projects' for the reconstruction effort, the committee charged with planning the meeting said.
Islamic Relief said additional support is required to provide aid to thousands of displaced families, rebuild homes and essential infrastructure and assist people in coping with psychological stress.
